THE LIFEGUARDS FOR CHRIST PLEDGE

By Almighty God's grace in His Only Begotten Son Jesus, I am a Lifeguard for Christ.

I did not choose this holy vocation for myself but God chose it for me before the foundation of the world, and has anointed me to go forth in the awesome power of His Holy Spirit to bring glory and honor and blessing to His Holy Name.

I am a Lifeguard for Christ. By God's grace, I seek to save the lost and dying by pointing them to the Lord Jesus, the only true Saviour of this sin-sick world. By God's grace, I am willing to lay down my life daily so that others may live.

I am a Lifeguard for Christ. This is a high calling, a noble calling, a holy calling, and I seek to live out my vocation in a holy fear of God's judgments upon sin...and yet with a holy boldness that I may freely call upon the One True Omnipotent God as my Heavenly Father and boldly come to His throne of grace to find grace and mercy and blessing in my times of need through Jesus Christ my Lord and Chief Bishop of my soul. Amen.

I am a Lifeguard for Christ. I willingly acknowledge that I am called and chosen to suffer for Jesus' sake and for His kingdom, and that in the eyes of the world I may appear a fool, yet the foolishness of God is wiser than men and the weakness of God is more powerful than men.

I am a Lifeguard for Christ. And God has anointed my eyes to see the World as an ocean full of drowning souls who do not want to believe that they are drowning nor do they even care if they are Hell bound. Lost souls who are drowning in sin and rebelling against God and His only begotten Son Jesus Christ, the only true Saviour of this wretched world. Therefore, my mandate, my joy, my passion is to seek to rescue as many perishing souls as possible by pointing them to JESUS! during my remaining days on this earth.

In summary, I pledge to Almighty God (my Heavenly Father) and to His only begotten Son JESUS CHRIST by the awesome power of His Holy Spirit my undying love, my faithful obedience, my humble trust, my true fidelity, my joyful thanksgivings & praises and my loyal heart all the rest of my days here on this earth. In return, Almighty God has promised to BLESS me with exceedingly great graces, with signs and wonders and miracles, even unto eternal life in Paradise which eye has not seen nor ear heard for His own glory and honor and praises. Amen.

In addition, in Jesus' most powerful Name, I do hereby declare war against the World, the Flesh and the Devil;

In Jesus' most powerful Name, I declare war against hunger, poverty, sickness and disease;

In Jesus' most powerful Name, I declare war against Sin, Satan, and Selfishness;

In Jesus' most powerful Name, I declare war against loneliness, hopelessness, and helplessness;

In Jesus' most powerful Name, I declare war against The Lie, The Darkness, and The Demonic Powers;

In summary, in Jesus' Most Powerful Name, I declare war against anything and everything that exalts itself against the Lifesaving knowledge of the Gospel of JESUS CHRIST and His sacrificial death on the cruel cross at Calvary for the sins of all mankind, His burial, and His Glorious Resurrection on the 3rd day! Jesus is Alive! Hallelujah! And He now reigns as KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS(!!)...and in due season at the Awesome Name of JESUS every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father! Amen! (So be it!)

"Thanks be to God who gives us the Victory through our Lord Jesus Christ!" Amen! (1st Corinthians 15:57)

This Pledge---The Lifeguards for Christ Pledge---I do hereby pledge this day under inspiration of God's Holy Spirit, before God the Father, and His Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ, and His Holy Angels, and His Holy Church, and my fellow Lifeguards for Christ. Amen! (So be it!)

"Now you beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. And on some who are doubting have compassion; but on others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire, hating even the garment defiled by the flesh. Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to God our Saviour who alone is wise through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory and majesty and dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen!" (Jude 20-25).
